Greg Engalicev is a strategic problem-solver for organizations wanting to improve their sales performance. Greg has 20 years of experience in sales management and strategic business development in large organizations and as a principal in startups. Greg helps organizations reach their strategic and sales improvement objectives through a consulting and training services framework that aligns processes, people and technology. Greg has developed specific expertise that has helped its clients transform their revenue engines by integrating best practices into their business model and by utilizing a CRM system to enable real-time visibility for coaching, management, and reinforcement - the key to sustainable improvement.

Greg has lived and worked in the Canada, the United States and Europe and has traveled extensively across Canada. Greg holds an MBA from the University of Chicago.



Eugene Roditi brings over thirty years of experience to the practice areas of leadership, strategic planning and personal effectiveness. His ability to help corporate leaders clearly articulate strategy and achieve results through people and innovation has been recognized by his roster of clients in both the public and private sectors - of which Adex Systems, Bank of Canada, Canadian Space Agency, CML Emergency Systems, Deloitte, EDS, FTQ, Novartis, Permacon, Rogers Cable, SVM and Telefilm Canada represent a few.

Eugene has held several management positions at IBM Canada, sales, marketing, business development, leadership development, information technology and consulting. His last IBM posting was in the Training and Consulting Services division where he was responsible for all non-technical training in Canada and managed a team of 60 resources. Prior to joining SPI Canada, Eugene was the Managing Partner of MICA Montreal, where he built a practice and led a team of senior consultants in the area of leadership assessment and development, creativity and problem resolution, strategic planning and personal effectiveness.

Eugene holds certifications for Six Thinking Hats and Lateral Thinking (Dr. Edward de Bono), Strategic Leadership Development (Management Research Group), Strategic Sales Development (Management Research Group), Business Case, and Situational Leadership (Centre for Leadership Studies).
